Regis Philbin (born 1931) is an American media personality who has hosted talk and game shows since the 1960s. He is best known as the co-host of the highly successful talk show Live! With Regis and Kathie Lee, which began airing in 1988. After Kathie Lee Gifford left in 2000, the show was called Live with Regis until 2001.
