RORY: We have leftover Halloween candy.
This really seems to be confirmation that Lorelai and Rory aren’t that greedy. Halloween was four months ago, and they haven’t even eaten all their candy yet. They do have a real problem throwing food out, though. Old candy doesn’t sound nice-tasting or safe to eat.
