Porcinis and Morels

JACKSON (to Sookie): OK, now before you get all goofy on me, I don’t have your porcinis … And I have the morels, which I know you don’t want.

Porcini and morel are different varieties of edible mushroom. Porcinis [pictured] are often added to risotto … could this be one of the ingredients in Sookie’s “magic risotto”? Morels are commonly used in French cuisine.
